Yes... we're in that "Spring Cleanup" time of year.
Dirty, dusty, smelly, asthma causing, dust and garbage flying, leafy muck...yuck! No wonder you don't want to do it.... but yes I do it.
Its a calling I suppose.
Some are called to cure diseases and get to the moon...I get called to rake your grass.
Hey'..its a living.
I work all over town. Most of my work does come from River Heights, Tuxedo and Wolseley. Also in St Vital, Transcona yatta yatta.
So call me and I'll get to it.
$80 Spring cleanup involves a thorough sprucing up of the yard.
- I rake the yard like my life depends on it (I get good muscles with this)
- coop the grass (thats French for cut da grass or frogs legs or something)
- sweep the drive, bag the crap, bla bla bla
- clean up the beds, use the blower to make things nice
For extra price I clean eaves... I trim trees over houses...trim hedges.
My specialty is to do "yard makeovers" where a yard in rough shape gets spruced up to sell the house, or just look good again.
Around $200 for that...I've tackled some real projects with grass and weeds 4 feet tall that hadn't been cut for a year or two.
People usually just call me from work..and I go there the next day or soon after and do the deed. You don't have to sit around and take the day off as if I'm the cable guy. You can mail me the check. (I know where you live and I know people in low places' haha :)

Why do people call me ?
You may be on workers compensation from an injury... or too busy to do some things or maybe simply don't like doing getting filthy dirty, dusty and coughing dirt balls. (Its an acquired taste, like Scotch or Elmwood)
Whatever the reason.
No problems. I am probably the guy you wished you knew about 5 years ago.
Here again is a listing of some of the types of jobs I have done.
Outside jobs in the summer like...
trimming trees ($80) or cutting trees ($99-$150), shovelling snow ($60 once or $200 a month) & snow off the roof ($150), Spring/Fall cleanup $80, cutting grass ($60 or $150 a month) /doing full yard makeovers in the summer ($200), digging a garden ($60), cleaning out the garage or basement ($60), eavestrough cleaning ($80-$100),spread soil/gravel around house etc
Inside jobs like...
move furniture within the house ($50).... help move contents of a church or business $70 half day, cleaning out the basement/attic ($80) ... knocking down a wall in the house ($50)... accompanying family members to the doctor (or their pets to the vet) $12/hour + car expense ($25), basic painting, pickup/deliver items in my van ($50)...and any odd job or errands under the sun. Also in those sad times which do happen unfortunately, I can help do estate cleanups by packing things up for the garbage/donations etc.
Who are my customers and why do they call me ?
My customers are just average people who, for whatever reason, simply need some help now and again. Either just yard work or cutting down a tree because they hate yard work or operating a chainsaw on a ladder. Or light stuff. Cleaning out the basement so they can actually go in there to find some valuable stuff.

I almost always do the work while you are out and you pay me later by cash or cheque.
There really is no need to make life any more complicated than it is already. Phone me and its as good as done usually. We will usually meet if its something like cutting down a tree or at least to say how' do.
